이치란
2005년 첫방문 이후, 일본에 갈 때마다 항상 들렸던 이치란.
물론 요즘에는 특색있고, 더 맛있는 일본 현지 라멘집들이 많지만, 그럼에도 맛있는 기억들이 있는 라멘집이기에 잊지못하고, 항상 방문한다.
고등학생 때 독서실 스타일의 이치란 라멘집을 소개하는 다큐 영상을 보고, 대학에 입학한 뒤 처음 친구랑 도쿄 여행을 갔고, 현지에 사는 친구의 도움을 받아 어렵게 어렵게 찾아간 시부야의 이치란.
(그땐 구글 맵도 없었고, 여행책, 론리플래닛 혹은 영어만 하면 도망다니던 일본인들에게 길을 묻는게 전부였던..)
그 라멘 맛을 잊지 못해, 새로운 라멘 맛집을 발견하더라도 꼭 한번씩 이치란에 방문한다.
너무나 대중화되어 이젠 진부한 맛이라고 평가하는 사람들도 있지만,
그래도 나에게 맛있는 기억을 남겨준 이치란이 너무나 사랑스럽다.
일단 아래 사진은 2015년 우에노지점을 방문했을 때의 사진이고,
7만장 중 이치란 라멘집 사진을 또 발견하면, 추가로 업로드 예정!
Ichiran Ramen
Since my first visit in 2005, I have always stopped by Ichiran whenever I travel to Japan. Though there are now many unique and delicious local ramen shops in Japan, I cannot forget the memories of this ramen place, and I make it a point to visit every time.
During high school, I watched a documentary video introducing Ichiran Ramen, and after enrolling in university, I went on my first Tokyo trip with a friend. With the help of a local friend, we finally found the Ichiran Ramen in Shibuya, which was not an easy task back then without Google Maps or modern technology.
I still can't forget the taste of that ramen, so even if I discover new ramen places, I always make sure to visit Ichiran at least once.
Some may consider it too mainstream and outdated, but to me, Ichiran, which left behind such delicious memories, is simply adorable.
